Booking & Reservations
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3 days in advance to make sure your date is available. Summer weekends especially fill up fast — the earlier you lock in your date, the better. Check availability online or call or text Nick at 385-786-0432 to reserve your spot.
How do I reserve a rental?
Easy! Browse our inventory online and book directly through the website. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date — your reservation isn’t confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel due to weather before delivery, we’re happy to reschedule at no charge. Please review our Rental Agreement for full cancellation terms, or give us a call if you have a specific situation — we’ll always do our best to work with you.
Do I need to be present for delivery?
Yes — an adult 18 or older needs to be home at delivery to confirm placement and sign off on the equipment condition. This protects both of us and makes sure everything is set up exactly where you want it.
Pricing & Delivery
How does pricing work?
Simple and upfront — the price you see is the price you pay: no hidden fees, no surprise charges at checkout. Every rental includes delivery, professional setup, takedown, and free overnight use.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free within 10 miles of Herriman. Beyond that, here’s how it works: 11–20 miles is $25, and 21–30 miles is $45. Not sure if you’re in our range? Just call or text, and we’ll check for you right away.
Does free overnight come with every rental?
Yes! Free overnight is included with every rental — no extra charge. That means you get the inflatable for your entire event day and overnight, and we’ll pick it up the next morning. It’s one of our favorite things to offer because it takes all the time pressure off your party.
What areas do you deliver to?
We proudly serve Herriman, Riverton, South Jordan, West Jordan, Sandy, Draper, and the surrounding areas throughout Salt Lake County. If you’re not sure whether we deliver to your address, just give us a call — we’ll figure it out.
Do you deliver to apartment complexes or shared community spaces?
We don’t deliver to apartment complexes or shared common areas. These spaces typically don’t have a designated responsible party, limited control over who enters the area, and aren’t suitable for safe inflatable use. Inflatables require a controlled setup area with a clear, level surface and a single responsible adult present at all times. If you’re not sure whether your location qualifies, just call or text — we’re happy to figure it out together.
Can you deliver to a park or public space?
Yes! Park rentals work great for birthday parties, community events, and family gatherings — but there are a few important requirements to know before booking. Permits are your responsibility. Most Salt Lake County parks require a permit for inflatable rentals. You’ll need to secure that permit before your event date.
Dry only. All park rentals are dry only — no water use, regardless of the unit.
Size restrictions apply. Not every unit in our inventory is suitable for park use. Call or text before booking, and we’ll make sure the unit fits your space and any park requirements.
Power source. If the park has no accessible power, a generator is required. We supply and manage all power equipment — customers may not bring their own. Call to discuss.
Scheduled time fee. Park rentals require a confirmed delivery and pickup window, which limits our scheduling flexibility for the day. A $150 scheduled time fee applies.

Do you deliver to churches, pavilions, or other venues with specific time requirements?
Yes — we service churches, pavilions, and event venues regularly. When a rental requires a confirmed delivery and pickup window rather than our standard flexible schedule, a $150 scheduled time fee applies. This reflects the logistical commitment of blocking time around your specific event window. Just let us know your venue, event time, and any access details when you book, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Equipment & Safety
Are your inflatables clean?
Absolutely. Every unit is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized with commercial vinyl cleaners after every single rental — no exceptions. It’s then inspected before going back out. Your kids deserve a clean place to play, and that’s exactly what they’ll get.
Are your inflatables brand new?
Yes — every inflatable in our inventory is brand new for 2026 and built to commercial-grade standards. You’ll never rent something worn out or tired-looking from Salty Air.
Are the inflatables safe for kids?
Safety is our top priority — and as a retired law enforcement officer, I take that seriously. All of our units are made from 100% lead-free vinyl, inspected before every rental, and properly anchored during setup. We also provide safety guidelines with every rental so your family knows exactly how to use the equipment safely.
What happens if there is high wind or severe weather?
Safety is our top priority. We closely monitor weather conditions before every rental and will typically notify customers the evening before their event if a weather-related delay or cancellation appears likely.
For safety reasons, inflatables will not be set up when sustained wind speeds are 15 mph or higher, or when other hazardous weather conditions exist.
If Salty Air Party Rentals cancels a rental due to unsafe weather before delivery, customers may choose to reschedule at no additional charge or receive a full refund. Once delivery is accepted and the equipment has been set up, no refunds or credits will be issued due to weather.
Can inflatables be set up on surfaces other than grass?
Yes! Our inflatables can be set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors. We use steel stakes for grass setups and sandbags for hard surfaces or indoor events. Just let us know your setup surface when you book, and we’ll bring the right equipment.
Can we use water with any inflatable?
Only on units specifically designed for wet use — most of our water slides and combo units qualify. Never use water on a dry-only unit, as it can damage the equipment and create a safety hazard. Each listing clearly shows whether it’s wet/dry or dry only.
What if the equipment is damaged?
We understand normal wear and tear happens — that’s part of running a rental business. However, customers are responsible for damage caused by misuse, including burns, cuts, stains, or rough play beyond the safety guidelines. Please review our Rental Agreement for full details.
What types of events do you serve?
All of them! Birthday parties, family reunions, school field days, church events, charity fundraisers, corporate picnics, backyard BBQs, community events, summer camps, grand openings — if you’re celebrating, we’re in.
