How much space do I need?

Most of our inflatables need 34–45 feet of length and 20–26 feet of width. Each product page lists the exact "Space Needed."

Go by the space needed, not the inflatable size. For example, our single-lane combos are about 26.5 ft long but need 34′ × 20′ × 15′. Our largest units need about 45 ft of length. Measure the narrowest gate on the delivery route, look up for branches and wires, and remember we can't carry inflatables over stairs. Tight yard? Text us a photo and measurements before you book.

Can you set up on grass, concrete or indoors?

Yes. Grass gets stakes at no extra cost. Concrete, indoor, artificial turf, or grass where stakes can't go gets sandbags at $6 per anchor point.

Each anchor point uses two 50-pound sandbags. Pick your real setup surface when booking so we load the right gear. Tell us about septic systems, sprinkler lines or underground utilities. If the surface changes, let us know before delivery.

What do I need for power?

A standard outlet within 50 feet of the setup spot. We bring the blower and the extension cord.

Please use only the cords we supply. Planning to use a generator, or is your outlet far away? Ask us first, because generators need advance approval.

Do I need a water hookup for a wet rental?

Just a working garden hose that reaches the setup area. Dry rentals don't need water at all.

Every Salty Air bounce house is a combo with a slide (no plain bounce-only houses), every combo is wet/dry, and the price is the same either way. If the weather cools off, contact us before delivery about switching to dry. Please don't add water to a rental booked dry without checking with us first.

When do you deliver, set up and pick up?

We set up before your party starts and may arrive several hours early. We confirm your delivery window the day before.

When you book, enter your real party start and end times, not the delivery times you'd like. Setup and takedown are included with every inflatable. Overnight is included for home and backyard parties: pick Overnight when you book and we'll pick up the next morning. Parks and venues with set pickup windows aren't eligible. Same-day pickup is possible when the schedule allows, so just ask.

How far ahead should I book?

At least three days ahead, and earlier for summer weekends and holidays. Any changes need at least 24 hours' notice before delivery.

A 50% deposit holds your date. The balance is due at least 24 hours before delivery. Last-minute bookings are paid in full. Planning something this week? Call or text and we'll check what's open.

What if the weather turns or I need to cancel?

Rain? Reschedule free with at least 24 hours' notice before delivery. Cancelling for a non-weather reason within 5 days? Your deposit becomes a booking credit good for one year from your original event date.

Cancel more than five days out and you get your full deposit back. Outdoor setups need at least 45°F with no snow or ice. During the party, stop using the inflatable when sustained winds hit 15 mph, gusts hit 20 mph, or there's thunder, lightning or heavy rain. See the Rental Agreement for the full terms.

What ages and how many kids can use it?

It depends on the unit. Tell us the ages and guest count and we'll recommend a good fit.

Most manufacturers recommend 5–6 kids of similar size in a bounce area at once and one person at a time on a slide. Keep big kids and little kids in separate turns. A responsible adult (18+) has to supervise the whole time. Have adults who want to jump, or a question about a specific game? Ask us before you book.

Do you set up tables and chairs?

Tables and chairs are delivered stacked as close to your setup area as our dolly can reach, and you set them up (or add setup for $2 per item). Placement and setup can be added for an extra fee if you arrange it in advance.

Before pickup, please return them clean, folded and stacked at the curb. Table and chair delivery orders have a $200 minimum.

How much is delivery?

Free within 10 miles of Herriman, which includes Riverton. Past 10 miles, delivery is priced by miles, not by city: 11–20 miles is $35, and farther mileage bands cost more (see our FAQs).

Enter your event address when you book to see your exact delivery price. Parks and venues with set delivery and pickup windows have a $75 scheduled-window fee and aren't eligible for overnight pickup.
