Our Promise
We guarantee your rental will be delivered, professionally set up, and ready to use before your scheduled event start time.
If a delay within Salty Air’s control prevents us from having your rental ready before your scheduled event start time, we’ll credit 10% of the affected rental item, up to a maximum of $50.
How You Help Us Keep That Promise
A smooth, on-time setup starts with accurate event information.
When booking, please provide your actual event start time along with accurate information about the setup location, surface, access, parking, and any venue requirements.
Our On-Time Setup Guarantee applies when the event details and site conditions match the information provided at booking.
Some Things Are Outside Anyone’s Control
Safety always comes first. The guarantee does not apply to delays caused by unsafe or severe weather, road closures or significant traffic disruptions, venue restrictions, materially different or inaccessible setup conditions, or other circumstances outside Salty Air’s reasonable control.
If something unexpected happens, we’ll communicate with you and do everything reasonably possible to keep your event on track.

What does “on time” mean?
Your rental will be delivered, professionally set up, and ready to use before your scheduled event start time. Your event start time is not a promised delivery-arrival time.
What happens if my rental isn’t ready before my event starts?
If a delay within Salty Air’s control causes us to miss the guarantee and the guarantee conditions are met, we’ll credit 10% of the affected rental item, up to $50.
What if the setup conditions are different when you arrive?
Unexpected conditions can significantly change the time required for delivery and setup. The guarantee applies when the event details, access, and site conditions match the information provided at booking.
What if weather causes a delay?
Unsafe or severe weather and other circumstances outside Salty Air’s reasonable control aren’t covered by the guarantee. Safety always comes first.
What if Salty Air is running behind?
We’ll communicate with you. If a delay on our end causes us to miss the guaranteed setup time, we’ll honor the applicable credit.
